Easily create documents from Fred, thanks to a list of templates. Just click a command and see the list of templates that are available. A search bar allows you to quickly find the one you want. Just choose it, edit it, and save it into Fred. Add a new template by a simple drag an drop in the right folder.

If you want to automate your documents, you can set rules on folders by jumping from Fred to the Alfresco browser. This allows you for example to automate the filling of metadata fields
