Ronny started his career in the IT sector in 1990. His experience in document management began in 1995 with the implementation of a DMS at Akzo Nobel (Organon Teknika). Afterwards he became the document manager at BASF ICT Services (until September 2001) and program manager at Software AG (the XML company). He lead larger document management projects at KBC, TeleAtlas, EUR-OP (European publication office) and Johnson & Johnson. Nico started his professional career at PWC and later on at Deloitte in external audit. During these years as external auditor, Nico specialized in consolidation and special missions. In 2000, he was recognized as ‘Chartered Accountant’ and took the pledge before the Chamber of Commerce. Later on, Nico has focused more and more on financial advice and corporate finance within the Deloitte Corporate Finance department where he was active as a manager. Since 2003, Nico is active as a financial advisor and partner within Arphius. He coordinates M&A deals and recovery projects. He is also active as external director in the board of directors of other companies.
