Move2Alf is a solution to migrate documents at high speed into Alfresco, in a non-intrusive, scheduled and configurable manner. In Move2Alf 1.0, the source must be a file-system (with our without metadata). Customers can use Move2Alf for large scale migrations & serving continuous input channels.  
Move2Alf allows pre-processing (merging documents together, extracting meta-data, … ) and post-processing of content (moving to a specific folder based upon business rules, setting access rights, determining the versioning policy).
When loading, content can be overwritten of versioned depending on the corporate policies. Move2Alf can provide a sanity check on your Alfresco environment and a continuous monitoring of the performance of your Alfresco server. Move2Alf does not require an installation on the Alfresco server, and can scale horizontally by running on a different server.
