With Alfresco Fred 1.4 the user can run a simple search on all information or on specific metadata fields. The advanced search allows the user to refine the search by adding multiple fields to the search criteria. In the search result, the user will be able to sort, group and filter on metadata values. Many of the document operations are supported in the search pane.
