When opening a folder for the first time or after a specified time interval, Fred will query Alfresco repository and present the content of the folder. When a folder is open in your Fred and another user is adding or editing the content of the folder, updates are only presented in your Fred window when you force a refresh of the folder content by clicking on refresh or when you reopen the folder after a certain time delay. This will update the sub folder list, the list of files and its meta-data.
